AI vendor transparency scorecards.
What each major AI vendor publishes before signature. DPAs, sub-processor lists, AI Use Policies, training-data disclosures, certifications. Independent assessments scored against a consistent rubric.
We score on what is published, not on private contract terms. Every claim links to the vendor’s public source. Every assessment names the date it was last verified.
What they publish, at a glance.
Vendor scorecards are being verified before publication. Subscribe to the newsletter for notifications as each scorecard ships.
Score reflects publicly accessible disclosures only. It is not an endorsement of the vendor or a substitute for diligence on the underlying contract terms.
How the score is computed.
We assess six categories of disclosure. Each public artifact earns a base point. Stale, partial, or behind-sales disclosures earn fractional credit. The score is not the same as a recommendation. A vendor with a perfect transparency score may still have contract terms that fail your specific procurement standard. Independent diligence remains the buyer’s job.
